Nvidia is planning to ship at least 130.000 Geforce 9800 GTX+ 55nm cards at launch. The launch is a bit delayed, as it was supposed to take place by middle of July, but we are hearing that Nvidia's partners should have enough cards by lthe ast days of the month.
Geforce 9800 GTX+ is Nvidia's first 55nm chip codenamed G92b, and it is not much faster than the 65nm G92. The announcement and availability of Geforce 9800 GTX+ will definitely drop the prices of the non-plus card, and it looks that graphic hardware will get quite good prices.
Geforce 9800 GTX+ is now listed for €150+ while the older Geforce 9800 GTX is still selling for the same price, but it will inevitably drop.
